Do I need my own server to run the software? No. We offer the software as a service and it runs on our dedicated servers on fast internet connection. All you need to do is to have a good internet connection youself.
What are the supported browsers? We support latest version of all major browser, but recomment Firefox or Google Chrome browser for faster speeds and better user satisfaction.
What type of support do you offer? There are multiple options available. We offer online webinars for demonstration or training purposes. In addition we offer internel ticketing system support and email support.
Can I install software on my own server? Yes. There is an option for larger companies to run the software on your own server on your Intranet. Please set up a phone conference to work out the details.
